Beaver Lake Park
Beaver Lake Park is 83 acres. Parking lots are located in the north and west. A large, forested section with trails is located in the middle.
Lake Side
The north side of the park offers a quiet atmosphere. There is also access to Beaver Lake, two rental facilities, open grass areas, and a large meadow.
The restrooms are located on the west end of the Lodge.

Athletic Field Side
The west side of Beaver Lake Park offers:
- three sports fields;
- a playground;
- picnic shelter,
- off-leash dog park; and
- restrooms.

Park Hours
6:30 am - Dusk from April - September
7:30 am - Dusk from October - March
Parking lot gates are open from 8am to 30 minutes after sunset.
Lifejacket Program
Lifejackets of various sizes are available if needed to use for free while at the lake. Once you are done swimming, please return the lifejacket to the rack for future users. They will be available during the following timeframe:
June 21, 2024 – August 24, 2024

History
It began as a private resort in the 1930s known as the Four Seasons Resort or Bartel's Resort. The resort was sold in 1950s and was renamed Andy's Beaver Lake Resort.
In 1960, the resort was sold to the Catholic Archdiocese of Seattle. The Catholic Youth Organization used it to run Camp Cabrini until 1985.
Then King County purchased the site for the park now known as Beaver Lake Park. The park was transferred from King County to the City of Sammamish in 2003.
Park Policies
Except in the off-leash area, dogs or domestic animals must be kept on a leash no longer than 16 feet. Please dispose of your pet's waste in a trash receptacle.
Commercial watercraft are prohibited.
Public boat ramp at 2519 E Beaver Lake Drive SE
Park in designated areas only. Do not use the parking lots after the park has closed. You may be towed.
Model aircraft, drones, rockets, and other flying objects are prohibited.
